Great view but run down facilities

The view was fantastic!

The facilities were run down and toilet bowls in 2 of our 3 rooms had problems. One couldn't flush on our last day and one kept emitting a bad stench. The kitchenette sink in our room was leaking and water would flow to the ground.

the service made us feel at home despite not having the best facilities.

the customer service is very personal! they prepared my family a special cake for our anniversary. and the lady at the service counter specially bought us a baby liquid detergent late at night after we informed them that our detergent was errorenously thrown away during the room make up.

i can imagine the property to be a BIG hit during its hay days. but for now, the facilities need a big revamp/maintenance.

Beautiful view

Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The view of the room was the highlight. Comes with outdoor bathtub overseeing the Khao Yai national park. As it’s an apartment it had a mini kitchen too but don’t think if they provided cooking tools.

More security in the lift as anyone could enter.

Feel forrest, Peaceful, Good Mountain View

The little forrest is behind the hotel make me feel more peaceful. Morning mountain view is perfect as presentation in application. It is like a home.

I recommend manager that get more encouragement service training to staff that you will make differently services to customers when customers compare to other hotels.

Very back to nature and you can see the architect gave thought to this, i requested a 6th floor suite and the views at great, breakfast was excellent both service and selection

Everything in the hotel looks very good - Delicious breakfast - good restaurant - friendly staff - good location close to the entrance of the national park

Very poor WiFi signal in the bedroom - Staff not working at the reception don't speak English - problem with warm water had to be fixed in bedroom

almost everything, the stunming view and locstiom, atmosphere, design, comfy bed and nice facilities mostly. it is worth mentioning that service and staffs are superb, they are very attentive comparable to Dusit resort level.

Some basic facilities in room dont work well e.g. remote control, tv (HDMI sockets dont work and only 13 channels available), bathtube in a bedroom too big occupying 3/4 of bathroom, refrigerator not a fridge but rather only to keep temperature, washing springer for toilet has water leak, not work well and not adjustable, rainshower not woring in some rooms, wall too thin that u can hear well noises from other room and outside sometimes. BF is acceptable but can be better for 500 Baht++ per head.

Swimming pools are not kids friendly, the color of tiles are hard to distinguish. There is no kids club. Staff is excellent for the breakfast but not for lunch and dinner.

We stayed in the family suite and it was large and comfortable

The photos all show amazing views but our view was mainly of other people's rooms. Even though the hotel was not particularly busy, it was still very noisy. The restaurant is well overpriced

The interior design is rather very Modest for a so-called 5-star hotel, almost no decorations n small TV without many selection of TV channels. The only restaurant is over priced, THB 250++ for a piece of cake.

Nothing, its far away from Bangkok more than 3 hours. No taxi their. The Hotel does not help to get a taxi. Staff not helping. Khao Yai its not suitable for Muslim and even Arab people because of food, distance nothing to do their. It was one of the mistakes I did in my life

The hotel’s location is very good, close to several restaurants such as Rib mann, Midwinter Green, Thames Valley, The chocolate Factory and several sightseeing places. What I like the most are the room is really nice, quiet and clean with very peaceful mountain view also every staffs including reception, security guards, Tempo staffs are really polite and provide good service.
